What is Google Workspace?
Google Workspace is a software as a service (SAAS) offered by Google. Users can manage email, file storage, calendar, notes, groups, meet and chat all from one account. However, this is not all Google Workspace has to offer; users will receive a whole set of suite applications that can assist with managing daily administrative tasks.
From Docs, Sheets, and Slides, to creating documents saved to your Google Drive, automating sales processes with Forms, and creating your own website with Sites, Google Workspace has a lot to offer! As the account holder, you will have full control over all the applications and features from the Google Admin console. Google Workspace is often a more affordable office and business solution when compared to Microsoft Office products.
How Much Does Google Charge for Email Hosting?
Prices vary on the packages offered by Google Workspace. Users have a few options to select from starting with Google Workspace Starter (the is the most basic account), Google Workspace Business Starter, Google Workspace Business Plus, Google Workspace Enterprise Essentials and Google Workspace Enterprise Plus.
Each package to choose from will have the same core applications across the board. Business packages offer more cloud storage space to manage your files, whilst the upper-teer Business Plus package and Enterprise packages offer mobile device management, vault and added security for the account.
The prices are calculated based on the user license with all the applications linked to one license.
