1. GENERAL
    • The laws of the Republic of South Africa shall govern the Call Tracking Proposal.
  2. NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
    • The Call Tracking Proposal and the quotation contain proprietary and confidential information and the client agrees not to use or disclose any information contained herein except in the context of its business dealings with Starbright.
    • The client agrees to share non-disclosure with their employees;
      • Client and associates will not disclose any information concerning the Call Tracking Proposal to others except unless known to, and / or available for use by the public
    • The client also agrees not to duplicate or distribute or permit others to duplicate or distribute any material contained herein without Starbright express written consent.
  3. FINANCIAL POLICY
    • Monthly invoices will be sent on the 15th of each month.
    • All prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
    • The charges for the services and the payment terms applicable are set out in the Call Tracking Proposal.
    • Annual price increase: Our financial year runs from 1 March to 28 February and a standard price increase will occur on 1 March every year. We will communicate the details of the increase to our clients.
    • Costing and timelines are based on deliverables stated in the Call Tracking Proposal. In the event Starbright is chosen to supply this service, Starbright agrees that it shall use commercially reasonable efforts to meet all project schedules and requested delivery time frames agreed upon. The client understands, however, that these are only estimated dates and should never be accepted either explicitly or impliedly as a guarantee of delivery. In this regard the client agrees not to hold Starbright liable for any losses associated with project delays.
    • Additional costs above and beyond the cost estimate and/or the client’s specifications will be stated, and consent or dissent must be given by the client within a period of 30-days upon receiving the quotation.
    • Funds are strictly non-transferable between different services. Each service requires its own dedicated funding. This policy ensures that resources are allocated and managed effectively to deliver optimal results for each individual service.
  4. CANCELLATIONS
    • There is no contract period but a calender months’ notice period will be required.
